Three Surefire Ways To Mend A Cut Fast

By Gregory Gray

The first thing you need to understand is what an actual cut is, so you know what to do to fix it. Effectively a slice is when you hit the ball and it curves either right or left.

There may be a considerable number of causes for this one of which occurs when you come over the top. When this occurs you strike the ball with the face coming across the target line. An alternate way this can occur is if the club face is open as you strike the ball.

The club face can basically open on the backswing, on the downswing when you cut the ball coming across the target line it causes the ball to spin.

At first the ball may fly straight but as The speed of the ball declines the spin becomes an element, causing it to spin off the target line.

1. The first surefire way to stop the cut involves the shoulders. It is really critical that you keep your shoulders aligned with the target line. Your posture must be balanced and also aligned.

If you were wearing a belt for instance the buckle should be facing the ball right in the center. Re posture you need to bend form the hips and pop your butt out as if getting ready to sit on a stool.

2. The second surefire way to mend a cut is to address your grip. The vs. On your grip for a right hander should be facing your right shoulder.

On your left hand keep your thumb down along the shaft. Then your right hand comes overboard and your thumb and index finger should sit on one another.

Do not squish the club too hard keep your grip relaxed.

3. The third sure fire route to heal the slice is related to ball position and swing. Keep the ball in a situation where it can remain parallel to your shoulders.

Visualize a rail track where your shoulders and ball will be parallel to the target line. On the backswing take the club back straight and slightly within keeping your right elbow near to the side of your body.

If you practice this on the range you will see results and cure that awful slice for good.
